My booking for irctc ticket failed due choice of confirm berths not met (Transaction id - [protected]) dated - 05/02/2018, amount of 8595/- and payment settled at irctc and same is refunded on 06/02/2018 according to irctc website by zaakpay but i didn't not get in my account. Please process the refund at the earliest. Same thing happening with zaakpay gateway again and again.

Updated by Daspol I have booked rly ticket on 06.02.2018 through irctc portal. i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc was failed. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 06.02.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

I pay my torrent power electricity bill through zaak epayment system from my rupay debit card. The amount was debited in favor of ZAAK EPAYMENT but payment of electricity bill was not done.
