I have booked rail ticket on 13.03.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through united bank of india debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 14/03/2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 17/03/2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Hi team, IRCTC had refunded the amount with above transaction but has not been reflected in my account. It has been few days and nothing happened. Plz do the needful and do not try to look like a fraud.
