I have booked rly. Ticket on 07.12.18 through irctc. Portal i have paid through icici debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 07.12.18 irctc portal says payment is refunded on 10.12.2018 through zaakpay. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. I had made an payment yesterady on lrazybee but transaction has been failed and money got deducted
I have cancelled my 15 dec-2018 railway ticket and i checked refund status in IRCTC website and found that amount is refunded to "Zaakpay PG" but i have not received same amount to my account.
Plz check at your end and refund to me.
