I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 08 mar 2018 but transaction is failed due to not seat avilable and payment completed i have paid through sb Icici debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refunded zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this. Dear sir,
I booked an irctc ticket under tatkal quota. it was cancelled on 3/3/2019,
and after 2 days i received a refund mail from irctc. But still the money is not credited in my bank.
Refund amount : 1065.0

Payment Option used : Zaakpay PG
