Zaakpay.com — refund not get in account

I have cancelled my railway ticket from Canara bank debit card and my pnr no. Is ( [protected]). Amount has been refunded to zaakpay by railway but still not credited to my account. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is 4745/-. My cancellation date is 10 september 2018. Please do needful as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket through IRCTC, bank reference ID. [protected] which is failed.irctc refund amount to the bank.Refund ID.[protected] Please send the money in my account.
