Zaakpay.com — refund of money debited for train tickets

Thank you for using debit card ending 0715 for rs.210.00 in new delhi at indian railways cateri on[protected]:11:07:57 avl bal: rs.30449.93.

I was trying to book tickets and the payment went through and my account was debited too, but i didn't get the tickets and the transaction failed, i haven't got the money refunded yet.

I had booked ticket and i have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is zaakpay irctc says payment settled in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this.

Kindly do the needful for my ticket refund amount.
I have cancelled my tickets on irctc app but the refund was transferred to ZAAKPAY PG...what is this going on..pls help??

Its been 3 days now and no refund recieved in my bank account.
