I tried to book train ticket through your gateway in irctc app. I cancelled my ticket on[protected]. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible plz
I tried a lot to talk with the customer care. But none of the number can be reached. Please take immediate step to give back my money.
I book my ticket on 17th october 2018 and due to some reasons i cancel my ticket on the same date 17th october 2018 and still my money is not credited in my account from zaakpay

I have booked a (12/10/2018) ticket from irctc through my ubi debit card by payment gateway of your zaakpay. My ticket was in waiting and cancelled (15/10/2018) when train was departed or arrived on her destination.
It shows me balance is refunded but i haven't receive any money.
What i do to get refund. Please solve this issue ???

Actually I book a train on 9/01/2020 on tatkal through zaakpay payment gateway.on that time seats are not available but rs442.70 has been dedected from my account.and I am not receiving any kind of notification like text message or mail regarding refund.so make note of it and make a refund sir.

I booked a ticket through IRCTC by using zaakpay payment gateway on 18 March 22.

It was not booked but ammount got deducted from my account.

As per IRCTC, refund has been initiated but still not got credited in my account.

Please provide the refund ASAP. Its already been 9 days.

I booked my ticket in 27 april for 27 may but i cancelled 25 may. iam tired to waiting my refund .what was problem .
