I had payed my electricity bill through mobikwik in pgvcl gandhidham gujarat but that transaction is done and amount gone to ezaak payments i didn't even got any invoice for that this is so unfair, please get it solved asap, transaction date 07.07.2019 through kvb debit card, please refund in my kvb account back
