Zaakpay.com — ticket amount refunded in your a/c but not credited in my bank a/c | |
I have booked train ticket on 5 mar 2020 payment completed. I have paid through axis bank internet banking and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to lockdown cancelled my ticket on 17 may 2020 auto my irctc & irctc says payment refunded on 18 may 2020 in zkpy (Zaakpay) payment getway but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem asap (As soon as possible). If i pay through net banking so why you refund zaakpay. I don’t know about that and i don’t have any account on zaakpay.
