[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — transaction failed but amount deducted from my account

I was trying to book my train ticket from irctc. I was choose to make payment through my debit card via mobikwik zaak payment. I was entered every details but there shows transaction failed. I was trying this 2 times. But transaction failed 2 times. But after few minutes amount was deducted from my account 2 times. Irctc massage me failed transaction, but money deducted from my account 2 times. Please help. How can i got back my money.

Money refund to my account today, it's got a 5 days, and return bank, thank god, and thanks to zaakpay services.
Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Borno I was trying to book my etrain tickets from irctc through zaak pay . Transaction failed but amount deducted 2 times. Zaak pay services are fraud. They are not responding of my previous complaints, so zaak pay give my money back and check the attachments. Immediately solves this.

Updated by Borno Zaakpay services not refund money. Already 3 days gone, but not coming any information from zaakpay. I think zaakpay services are not so trusted, and I think this is a fraud service in india. Please banned this
