Zaakpay.com — unknown transaction

On 3march2018 i got a message from zakepayme that money has been deducted from my account. I want to know about this transaction where did my money go. If it is a mistake i want my money back. I am attaching a screenshot of the message. According to my knowledge i have not done any kind of transaction to which i got this message. I surely think that this is a mistake. I am hoping for a quick response from you guys.

PNR no: [protected]. Refund id no: [protected]. When will refund my money.
Refund regarding cancellation of tickets has been initiated by IRCTC but didn't receive it in my SBI account. The IRCTC website shows that it is already refunded.
What should be done next to avail my money back ?
