I have booked tickets by sbi atm card. But at the time of final payment server error occurred and tickets was not booked but 220rs deducted from my account. Again i try to book same ticket from kathgodam to new delhi same error occurred. Again 220 rs deducted from my account. And i stil get no refund. I attached the screenshot of transaction details. I have cancelled my train ticket on last Thursday..more than 10days over but till now my amount not refunded..I contacted railway department they told we proceeded your request and you have to contact zaakpay..please provide refunded amount as possible..my mail id [protected]@gmail.com..my PNR number [protected]
