[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — irctc refund amount not refunded by zaak pay in my account

Sir my name is PIYUSH KUMAR and I have not yet received refunds of cancelled tickets from IRCTC for payments made using SBI internet banking using mobikwik payment gateway . According to IRCTC the refund has been completed . The following are the transactions details .

1. Amount - 3395
Refund date -as per IRCTC 29/04/2018
Status amount credited to bank with reference number ZP8a01c3f296c4 and
Refund ID - [protected]

2. Amount - 2535
Refund date - as per IRCTC 29/04/2018
Status amount credited to bank with reference number ZP56411b94371c9 and
Refund ID - [protected].

3. Amount - 4535
Refund date - as per IRCTC 09/05/2018
Status amount credited to bank with reference number ZP5662cc01b1f1d and
Refund ID - [protected].

Pse be above amount may be credited at the earliest in my account .
