Dear,
I have booked my ticket from ajmer to kashipur on 3rd dec pnr no. [protected] for journey date 6th Dec. But i cancelled my ticket due to ticket is in WL. More than 25days over but still i didn't get any refunded. In Irctc website showing 1800/- rs amount refunded to zaak pay bank pg . Please refund me my cancel ticket money. As soon as possible

Dear,

Hello sir I have book my IRCTC tikit thr.zaakpay.com from phulera to Sagar on 14 dec. But 16 dec I have cansel my titkit but I have not received my refundevel ammount.

I tried booking 2 tatkal tickets on 28/12/2017 worth RS.875.Unfortunately, the transaction failed as my IRCTC preferences were not met, however money was deducted from my account via NetBanking. I need the money ASAP and I am worried because there are so many pending refund cases like this.

I have cancelled my ticket through IRCTC on 19 Dec 2017 transaction id-

But amount not transferred in my SBI account no-

Please resolve this issue ...
