Zaakpay.com — please refund money (irctc transaction id-[protected])

I tried to book train ticket through your gateway in irctc app 23feb2019. Amount detected from my hdfc account but amount not received irctc site.

Kindly refund my money (485 rs) as soon as possible plz
I tried a lot to talk with the customer care. But none of the number can be reached. Please take immediate step to give back my money.

this is to inform my calcelled refund amount not recieeved as on date and details as below for your kind reference and needful action.

Hi Team, I had ordered today through uber eats from samosa Singh kadhai paneer samosa but the order got cancelled but transaction through zaak e pay of 46.50 went through. I had paid through card.. Since the order was cancelled I should get the money refunded. When will it be refunded?
