Zaakpay.com — refund is not credited in my account

In irctc app they show amount is refunded but in my bank account it is not credited
Transaction id is [protected] and refunded id is [protected]
I done transactions with sbi debit card but in payment they show payment done through zaackpay pg bank
But when i talk to irctc customers they said refund is credited to your bank account but in my account their is no money added from irctc
