Zenify — too much of fraud in zenify

I am an existing zenify customer and i wanted to move to another apartments within zenify itself. I am supposed to move to the new apartment (Prestige tranquility) on june 1st but in the last min. They are asking to serve 1 month notice period in the existing apartment and stating that there is no prior notice provided. They are asking to pay rent for both the apartments now.

Something is communication through phone and now they are asking for mail on everything. I want a file a police complaint againt zenify for looting my money.
