On 27 April 2025, I ordered a wallet from Zepto at around 9:43 PM as a surprise gift for my father.
I opened the package around midnight at 12 and found that the wallet was missing.
Immediately contacted Zepto customer support — spoke to 4 different agents who gave false assurances and delayed the process.
Later, Zepto closed the complaint without offering any solution or replacement.
Despite repeated follow-ups, Zepto refused to resolve the issue.
This is unacceptable — selling empty packages and not taking responsibility.
Below i have attached the screenshot of conversation with one agent and also one video showing it was empty
I request immediate action: refund the amount or replace the product.
