I had placed an order for a tray of eggs through Zepto (Order ID: OHVKPCKBK89664). Upon delivery, several eggs were broken and leaking, as clearly shown in the attached image. This is not only a loss but also raises hygiene concerns.
I tried contacting their in-app support to request a refund or replacement, but I was repeatedly shown an automated message saying that my account is under review due to "suspicious activity." I then received a call from Zepto support where they refused to provide any help or refund for the damaged order, stating that my account is under review and no support will be given for now.
This is completely unacceptable — I am a genuine customer and have done nothing suspicious. Denying customer support and refunds for genuine grievances without providing any proof or explanation is unethical and unfair business practice. — Resolution Demanded:
1. Full refund or replacement of the damaged eggs.
2. Written explanation on why my account was marked under review.
