As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated. I got a message from icici bank we were unable to complete oneassist request for acct xx551 due to reason - insufficient funds. You guys said that last year you will deactivate but not happened. Again and again same things happening. So please kindly deactivate my account.
