Zomato — 2 hrs 30 min late food delivery

Placed an order with zomato order app (Check attached pictures) on 18th may 2016 with relish restaurant, new bel rd at 9:00 pm. The order was supposed to be delivered by 10:35 pm as shown by the app (Although the app says they take 45 mins for delivering, so god knows why the hell did they need 1 hr 35 mins). Anyways, tried chatting with a couple of customer care executives through the app. Both of them said, they'll revert to me with the status of the order shortly. They did get back to me saying that the delivery boy has already come near my location and so the order will be delivered shortly (Which was a lie) the time by then was around 10:45 pm.
I launched the app at 11 pm again and guess what? All the customer care executives are offline without any response.
Now, my only hope was to call relish restaurant on the number provided by the app, and guess what? I called thrice, and no one received. Somehow i ended up calling relish restaurant, hebbal who gave me a mobile number. I had to call him 4 times from two different numbers before the person answered the call. He called up the restaurant, and asked them to deliver asap. Even, after that call, the restaurant took around 35 mins to deliver the food at around 11:32 pm. I have a bill from the restaurant signed by the delivery boy that says order delivered at 11:32 pm (Check the pics). And guess who responded after that? The zomato app customer care executives at 11:35 pm apologizing for the delay and blaming the rain for that.
