Zomato — 4 orders not delivered in last 1 month, due to refusal of delivery boys. | |||||
I had ordered 4 times from zomato in past 1 month and each time was refused to deliver the food by delivery boy. I felt deeply hurt as the same order has been delivered to us by swiggy. Each time the customer care gives false hope to serve better and deliver the order next time, which is not fulfilled yet. Customer care give the lame excuse that my address is out of delivery area. If that is the case why is it not shown when i am placing the order. Previously i had placed an order from a restaurant bharath coffee house and i had received it. Later on when i had placed a second order same week, from the same restaurant, the zomato delivery boy refused to deliver the order. We had ordered from zomato when we had guests and the last minute refusal by your delivery boy had left our guests starving. Thankfully we have swiggy who fulfill all the orders and never disappoint us like you delivery boys. Whatever the distance they serve the customers better with speedy delivery & with polite and courteous behavior. If zomato is at mercy of the delivery boys, swiggy will be the market leader and you guys can go packing. Please discuss with your delivery boys (Your boss) and update the app whether a delivery can be made for a location before accepting the order, so that customers will not be disappointed.
