Zomato — about refunding money of my rejected order

In zomato i have ordered a food which is get rejected on 31 oct 2018 my account name is ar prachi gupta and my phone no. Associated with it is [protected]. I have paid through paytm and they didnt refund my amount my order no. Is [protected] i didnt get the refund and yesterday customer care people are keep telling me that it will come in 24 hours this is not the first time i am facing problem they are used to it
