Zomato — abysmal customer service | |||
I just want to say that zomato's services have gone down drastically in last couple years. The riders they have are rude and absolutely incapable of following directions. I have never had this problem with swiggy. Then their representatives are rude too. They could not deliver my order because their app picks up wrong location and your representative calls and tells me it's my fault and denied refund. Way to a great customer service!!
