Zomato — advance payment but order not delivered | |||
Dear sir I have made advance payment for my order of shrikhand through zomato application. After one hour their customer care calls me that your order is cancelled. When i asked them about reason, no appropriate answer was given. And also they said if amount will get refunded, it may tak 7-8 working days. My concern is that if they are unable to complete order they should have intimated me early so that i could order from other restaurants and also they were rude in call.
