[Resolved] Zomato — app said, "error in payment" and did not proceed to order but amount was debited (happened thrice)

I was trying to order food online using zomato.
When i selected and confirmed payment using net banking and entered all the security details,
App said, there was an error in payment. Try again!

So, i tried again twice and got the same message both the times.

And could not confirm order.

But when my bank statement shows a debit of rs.210.70 three times.
A total of rs.632.

Can someone help me with this?

Date: 22 june, 2018.

Amount of 212 has been deducted but no order was placed.

Total of Rs.844.00 has been deducted without any orders till now.

This is really something that should never happen.
Is this how you develop your applications for customers?
Can someone look into this please?
