Zomato — Background check verification failed

My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE929907 I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call. I deposited 1000 for the job. They simply play with us.

registered and completed the trained and next day I tried go online to start my work for the first time.. at that time it's showing account is suspended due to bgv failed... If this is the problem then why are you taking money before this.. very bad experience .. you should ask for money after completing all the process .. now see it's been two days no response still account is terminated not even did a single trip. My Login ID FE1023099 was Suspended due to BGV failed on 10th Jan.
I had raised the ticket on the same day i got a automated reply that your id is under verification with in 7 days our Executive will contact you. almost 2 months over so far there is no proper Response from Technical Team.
