Zomato — Bag and t-shirt not delivered

I'm new employee of Zomato. I'm pay a full amount for bag and t-shirt. But the order is not delivered it's shows order is delivered on 29/09/2022. I'm so many requests to raise the ticket but they tells order is delivered.but how is possible to deliver a order without gave otp or phone call.and also call to Zomato the executive person is your problem is escalated wait 1 day and the problem is resolve but I'm daily im calling only tell your request is escalated but no response and no phone calls from delivery person so please solve the issue or refund my money
