Zomato — bank deducted money but order didn't place. | |||||
Today, october 7th, 2018, i placed a order from cafe coffee day using zomato, as i was paying using my debit card the app showed a error:502 bad gateway; i checked my message to see that the money, a amount of 64.60 ruppees was debited but the said order wasn't completed in the app. The app showed no sign of the order placed. Please, check this issue and tell me what do i have to do to get a refund as soon as possible. The order no. Or the transaction id is attached. Was this information helpful? | |||||
