Zomato — banned account | |||||
Around a month back i went to order some food from zomato as usual, then i couldn't because it said i was banned due to suspicious activity. This is completely out of the blue. I think there's been a mistake at their end. I hope they unban me. I spent a lot of money on zomato. I contacted them from their email and they said i had been complained about from merchant's. This is genuinely a lie and i hope they resolve it or i might take this to court. They said they can't unban me from their database. Please help zomato Was this information helpful? | |||||

I haven't ordered anything from zomato but my money from my paytm wallet keeps getting deducted...paytm support told me to resolve this issue with your side...no one your side is helping...you have only chat service as customer care which is pathetic...i consider this as fraud

I have ordered a chicken roll but the restaurant delivered veg roll instead so i asked for the refund in the zomato chat. They gave the refund but blocked my account. Please help me sir!

So some time back, just as usual i was ordering my dinner from zomato, after the food got delivered i found a piece of stone in the gravy, i reported the matter to zomato straight away and the provided me a refund but next morning when i woke up i got this message saying my account is blocked due to suspicious activity. First of all i provided them with relevant and satisfying evidence when they processed the refund then they ban be rendering my unable to use the discount provided to me in from of zomato credits. I tried reaching to them on email but got no resolution saying that its a system made ban and cannot be undone and did not provide me any basis for the same. Later contacted them for 1 last time mentioning of taking legal action if the issue is not resolved but that email has not been responded from my side even after asking for follow-ups. Kindly help me out on this one what am i supposed to do? They also say if you believe it has been done in error contact us but when you do that they say this is done by the system and we cannot undo it. Then why the hell did you even ask to send a mail when it cannot be undone?
