Zomato — charged for zomato gold subscription renewal without my consent and proper knowledge

I have been charged for zomato gold membership twice without my knowledge and consent. I somehow missed the previous renewal transaction which was on 26th aug. I am not living in india and i have never used the benefit of this membership, except once in july 2018. Please at least refund the amount that was deducted as part the renewal today on nov 26th. Membership no is 376652.

First of all I repeatedly got wrong items for ordered products ..when I complaint ..agent is denying and using whatever and trying to teach me instead with casual behaviour ..he is straightway retaliating without any means, I tried to correct him but his attitude was boss like

Not even sending right items ...
I have Ordered two burgers from Zomato on 22 Nov 2018 at 04 : 44 PM and made the payment using paytm .
I haven't received the order and my money was also not refunded.
I placed an order of Rupees 110.
My order id is [protected] .
Kindly Refund my Money .

I ordered food on zomato paid online the amount has been deducted from my card but i did not get the order conformation i called restaurant people they confirmed they did not having any order from zomato

Dear sir
I have place an order of cake but it is not delivered yet now. I call to delivery boy but he said he delivered but i did not recieve any thing
Please solve this problem

The customer care service is not at all responding about my complaint that I have been trying to tell them they delaying in the response so that I may quit
Please do some about that customer care service
