Zomato — charged for zomato gold subscription renewal without my consent and proper knowledge | |||||
I have been charged for zomato gold membership twice without my knowledge and consent. I somehow missed the previous renewal transaction which was on 26th aug. I am not living in india and i have never used the benefit of this membership, except once in july 2018. Please at least refund the amount that was deducted as part the renewal today on nov 26th. First of all I repeatedly got wrong items for ordered products ..when I complaint ..agent is denying and using whatever and trying to teach me instead with casual behaviour ..he is straightway retaliating without any means, I tried to correct him but his attitude was boss like

They are sending in wrong item and charging, not refunding for the same
