[Resolved]  Zomato — Cheating on incomplete order

I have ordered an item worth 1000 rs on June 07 2023 at 12.44pm and after 2 hours only I got response from Zomato. There is no use to get a food after 2hours of order. My guests enraged for this so much and I got very depressed. I should get my full refund as there is no mistake in my side. And it's very irritating to hear that they are deducting 1000 Rs from mine to compensate their partners who actually done the uncorrectable mistake.

A special mention that I have already talked with Zomato customer care and I got promise that I will get full refund within 48hours. But now Zomato giving fake reasons for not refunding my money. Zomato inconveniencing me again and again.
