Zomato — collect orders after delivering a food and collecting money | |||
I had placed an order on zomato, order id: [protected]i and canceled the order immediately. Within a few minutes, they took my entire money rs.474/- not even refunding the amount to the customer, i chatted with customer service. They said we will escalate to a higher level and they did not even respond. Because of this, i am tensed I got anxiety and i couldn't able to control my frustration and with depression. This is my hardened money how can you guys just take easily. I can go to top extend to get that money. I am gonna sue this. I need justice. I've ordered food from zomato and paid the bill Google pay, amount has deducted and received by zomato but the order is not processed because it shows payment incomplete.

I've ordered food from zomato on 24-08-2019.and paid the amount from Google pay, amount has deducted and received by zomato but request not processed it showing incomplete payment.refund my amount asap.

I ordered a food via Zomato app on 22/08/19 @10:25pm . Money ₹131/- got deducted from my account, but the order was cancelled. It's showing payment is in-complete.ECOM/PUR/ZOMATO MEDIA/Gurgaon/220819/22:26.

I have a mobile no [protected], I was place a order of Rs. 106/- but unfortunately this order's delivery time was not suitable to me. So I was cancel this order but I do not know that you have standing caceltion amount in my side I am old customer of zomato company so I request you to remove this amount which is standing in my side.
