Zomato — company refused to deliver order and also did not refund the paid amount | |
We ordered a dish from tidetan flavours with delivery address clearly mentioned. But they refused to deliver the order. We contacted zomato customer care (Agent name - rahul) but they informed that they won't deliver the food amd won't refund the paid amount. The cake we ordered from zomato is totally spilled and mashed, cake order number-[protected], ordered on Date-September 26, 2019 at 8:28 PM, from phone no-[protected], Butterscotch cake 500 gm from pragya cake and bakes, Aligarh, UP.

I have ordered from Leon grill(Marathalli) and cash-176 Rs got debited from my account.
But when I looked for orders -it says payment incomplete.
Either let me know what went wrong or else refund/ help me get my order( Falafel roll).

Money is debited but order is not placed it's not good and I cant afford to buy the same food item again. It's not my fault and responsibility. Money has to be credited back to my bank immediately
