Zomato — Complaint for Late Zomato Delivery or Money Refund

I am writing to bring to your attention a recent issue I experienced with my order on Zomato. I placed an order on 07/04/2023 at 12:01am, with the order number [protected], and the estimated delivery time was 35-40min as per your application showing .
However, the delivery was extremely late, and the food did not arrive until 1:15am . I had to wait for more than 1.15 hours for my order, which caused a great deal of inconvenience to me and my family.
I would like to request a refund for my order, as the delay was unacceptable and affected my overall experience with Zomato.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my request.
