Zomato — complaint regarding refund for food which I ordered

I ordered food through zomato app. After sometime i got a call from zomato and they told me they cant deliver food to my location as it was more than 15km. Now in zomato app it is showing that they cannot provide the refund. If you cant deliver to the location then why are you show the restaurants in the list. I need to get my refund. Below are the details of order

My account was disabled..I have Zomato credits in my account I have 257 Zomato credits on zpl prediction after i earn credits then my account disabled.. don't cheat like this.. reactivate my account soon
