Zomato — deducted amount from paytm for gold membership

Sir my phone was with my two year old son n due to zomato aap ad the amount got deducted from my paytm wallet now these people are not refunding my amount. I even dnt know how the amount got deducted because my two year old son cannot type otp . I need my amount back pls help.
