Zomato — delivering cakes from unregistered fssai vendors | |
As per fssai the registration of home bakers is aslo a must to ensure health and hygiene of foods being supplied. The instructions have been given to zomato and swiggy, to not to deliver food from vendors that are not registered with fssai. They are delivering ckes from ' cake cafe' whose whatsapp no is[protected], as displayed on the sign board installed at kc 52 b ashok vihar delhi. It is dangerous for the health of people especially when there is endemic of corona virus Zomato immediately needs to stop delivering their cakes and pastries Was this information helpful? | |

Delivery cancelled...still not getting refund

One of our food item was missing and when asked to the valet named Proyash Jyoti Dutta his behaviour was rude. Luckily the restaurant manager was known to us from where we have ordered the food in ZOMATO and when we called him he told that he personally checked and packed all the items and later when we called the valet guy, he blocked our number.
