Zomato — delivery boy refused to delivery my order_ no refund

I have order a food on zomato with order no:[protected] and delivery came after 45 minutes and said he is waiting outside i went out and no where found him and j called he said he us waiting in different location and when i said to come my location which is setup in zomato app then he refused to come to my place. Immediately i contacted the chat support of zomato then said sorry and said they will cancel my order and asked to me place another order at that moment the time was 11pm and i asked to refund the amount. They said they will refund now today when i contacted the chat support executive again he said no refund will be initiated as i did not answer the call of delivery boy. I don't know what nonsense they are talking they dont even check the previous history of customers and simply tell that you will not receive the refund that's it. They also send me the message stating you order has been cancelled because you are not responsive on call. These people literally torchuring the customers. Please every body it's better to order the food from other websites rather than zomato. I have worst experience with this guys twice or thrice.
