Zomato — delivery guy attitude, lack of responsibility etc

I order a pizza from zomato online food services at 7:13 pm. They assigned me valet whose name is subham sharma. After an hour they didn't deliver my food. I called the valet to check what's the problem he said his activa is not working it sounded bit fishy as he never called me after reaching restaurant which they always do and nor did he called me after receiving my food. This lack of responsibility is regular behavior from zomato delivery guys i never faced such behavior from swiggy on the other side
