Zomato — delivery time and commitment - special late night deliveries | |||||
I placed an order through zomato late night twice. Dated 03july2018 at 22:53hrs order# [protected] and dated 01july2018 at 23:44hrs order#[protected] paid in advance via paytm. Both the times the delivery has been declined and i don't see the customer care number for zomato to contact over phone. All they have is an option of chat left to the customers. This is not exceptable for the such a big firm that to being a third party service provider. They kept holding me on chat for 1.5hrs and then said sorry to not deliver the order. The most disgusting part of the issue is everytime they fail they request to take each failure as one off exception in service from them. I seriously want the legal action to be taken against them for the service they disappoint with to the customer, specially late night services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
