Zomato — did not receive cashback

I ordered my food on 9th september 2019.
This was my first order so i applied welcome coupon code according to which i should have got 100% cashback upto rs 300. Mg order was of rs 272. But i didn't receive any cashback. I talked to their chat support twice, they told i will receive cashback within 48 hrs. But its about 156 hrs and i haven't received any cashback yet.
