Zomato — didn't get the refund amount from zomato | |||||
I had placed an order in zomato for rs 205 on[protected] from hotel metro palace, kakkanad kochi. I paid amount using netbanking. Unfortunately the hotel rejected the order. Order number [protected]. And i got a message that the amount will be refunded within 2-7 days. But i didnt get the refunded amount till now. I called the zomato general manager arun for telling my complaint, but he is not ready to hear ma complaint. Is that the value they given for a customer. He told me that he can't do anything without hearing my complaint and told me that if i have any complaint register it in the customer chat support. Unfortunately it was not loaded in my phone. I told him that i will register complaint in consumer court, he told me to proceed Was this information helpful? | |||||
