[Resolved] Zomato — didn't give me the proper food and took my money as well | |||
So i order food from box8 restaurant from zomato these people gave me salty food and it was cold too and i already paid for the order and when i asked them to either replace my food or refund my amount they didn't do anything and just gave 67 credit for which i paid almost 280 rs and they didn't reply properly after that and restaurant said there was no call from the zomato end these people are trying to make a. Fool out o[censored]s nothing else and they are not even giving the money back Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi! I'm writing to complain about the rejection for an ice cream order from Naturals Ice cream Parlour, GK-2 today in the afternoon. Money was deducted from my bank account as soon as I placed the order on Zomato but the order was rejected by the outlet after 10 mins of waiting. Could you elaborate on what to do for the reimbursement? Thanks.
