Zomato — fake status and not customer oriented service | |||
The complain is regarding order No. [protected] Ordered on 26 Nov 2018 06:11pm I immediately called the restaurant and requested to cancel the order as it was placed on COD by mistake. I assured the restaurant person that i'll immediately will order changing the payment mode. to which he rudely replied ok and customer care will call you and disconnected. on chat support person said that you will have to take the order as its our policy. The customer care guy who called regarding cancellation cancelled my order. while placing the same order now it shows me cancellation charge for the order which was not even prepared. The customer care says that the order was out for delivery hence that charge. Why customer is treated like this? now everywhere customer is the boss and suddenly Zomato feels that the are the boss and people will starve if they dont deliver. I have done transaction through [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected], payment of 110 is done from my bank but zomato is showing no detail about that transation, in my statement it is showing paymemt is done to atom technologies which is zomato payment partner plss refund my money to my bank account .
