I had ordered from zomato multiple times with bitter experience but during lock down i din have too much of a choice but get back to them.. This time it was horrendous.. I had placed two orders one from chennai nivis kitchen and the other from night owl.. Night owl delivery was completed and nivis kitchen delivery never came. And the order was told completed.. I asked the callcenter guy on chat a person named mohd. He called the delivery boy who said his bike had an issue.. When i called the delivery boy he lied saying the restaurant never gave the order. I called the restaurant and they confirmed it was taken an hr ago.. The lady from nivis kitchen helped me. I placed an order with swiggy this time and she said she will personally handle it..
The zomato complaint center said they will refund the money. But the issue is it was night at 10 and i was here with a baby and my mother with no food. The delivery boys name is ajith kumar.
