[Resolved] Zomato — food delivery zomato blocked my account | |||||
This is the bad thing, you blocked my account for taking refunds right. Who has given me the refunds you only, for what you refunded because your order delivery has mistaken and misplaced. So many times i got non veg food as i am a vegetarian, can you understand my situation as a vegetarian, i complained for that they refunded that is not my mistake right. This means i complained without proper reason right, you are treating me as a lie. This is how zomato treates a customer. You are treating customers as a lie. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I order black forest cake but i received wrong product with damage condition. Pls refund my amount

My food isn't getting delivered and I am not getting any proper response from the customer care executive or the delivery boy and no information on cancelling of the order I need a response soon or else Il go to the coñsumer court to lodge a complaint
