Again it happens... I am just fed up of this... Last night i order veg noodles and money deducted from my a/c.. Rs.50.. But order not placed... On 22nd december i order teel pork order not placed... It's already 6th day and my money is not being refunded... Last night money also not refunded... What the hell is this happening here... I don't know... I want my money back today... My total money engage in zomato is 140+50= 190

I was making the payment online from paytm where the money got deducted for the order but after few sec it shows the order is unsuccessful then again i tried the same where my order got confirmed and again the money got deducted.
I want the refund of first order which was unsuccessful.

I ordered on Zomato and after entering my otp I saw an error of bad gateway then I got a message from my bank that money is deducted but no current order was showing on my Zomato app

I have ordered one item from one 4 all nd ordered confirmed and RS145 was money was deducted and for some issues ordered was denied and my money didn't returned back

I ordered food from fasos restaurant but they told to cancel this order.But my order was not cancelled and showed ur order has been delivered. I didn't get any delivery and I contacted zomato customer they were careless. This how u response ur customer. This is worthless.
