Zomato — food order not placed but money is deducted | |||
I ordered food from zomato, food delivery service. I made the payment via paytm. The amount for the food was deducted but neither the order for food was placed nor it showed in the zomato mobile application. That order is placed or not Then i contacted zomato customer service through their chat service but they were not responding, and it kept on displaying to wait for 1 minute i waited for 1 hour (Still no response) but there was no response from them, when i contacted the restaurant to ask whether the order was placed or not they said no the order has not come through, it's been 2:30 hrs now, i placed the order around 3:00 pm they have not even responded yet, i am still hungry waiting for my food.
