[Resolved] Zomato — food orders from zomato | |||
I have ordered 2 shakes from the pink koko restaurant located on pusa road (Karol bagh) but the resaturant declined the order due to no payment by zomato to the restaurant for the mentioned order as well as some previous orders.. So due to no payment by zomato i could not receive the food parcel Secondly after this i have ordered 2 shakes from the gianis restaurant located at shankar road (Rajender nagar), my order delivery time mentioned was 11:03pm and i received the order at 11:45pm due to late delivery all the ice cream of the ice cream shakes that i have ordered got melted... And due to the same i had dispose off all the shakes for which i had prepaid from my paytm wallet... Kindly look into this matter... And with respect to this issue i need a justified compensation against both the orders It was really a very pathetic experience with zomato. Was this information helpful? | |||

A very pathetic service by zomato
Zomato is not taking the issue seriously...
